The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional telephone number and enquiry. These details allow the Viyan Stays team to respond and assist with your stay.

Enquiry delivery

Website enquiries are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our Gmail inbox. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. See FormSubmit privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. Please do not send identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information through this form.

Your requests

You can ask us to correct or delete information you have sent by contacting viyanstays@gmail.com. We will review your request, including any records we need to retain to handle your enquiry or meet applicable obligations.

Third-party cookies

Embedded Google Maps and form spam protection may use cookies or similar technologies under their providers’ policies.

External services

Booking, WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to third-party services with their own privacy policies. An embedded map may connect your browser to Google.
